Property and market information

Listings and market guides are provided to help you evaluate potential opportunities. Information may come from TDH records, public records, listing services, or other identified sources. Offers, agreements, and broker cooperation

An inquiry or automated receipt confirms only the action described in that message; it is not confirmation of property availability, an appointment, approval, or acceptance of an offer. If a form reports an error, use the listed phone number or email address to contact TDH.

Showings and access must be arranged and confirmed with TDH or its authorized representative. Do not enter a property, disturb occupants, or contact tenants for access solely because you saw a listing. Follow the access and safety instructions provided for an approved visit.

Before sharing restricted property information or arranging access, TDH may request information reasonably relevant to the request or a separate confidentiality agreement, subject to applicable law. Do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through a general inquiry form.

Offering memoranda, broker packages, financial records, and other documents may have separate permitted-use or confidentiality terms. Follow the terms provided with those materials and do not redistribute restricted documents without authorization. Requesting a document does not guarantee that it is available or that access will be granted.

Rentals, applications, and resident services

Rental and resident functions may be offered through a separate portal, such as AppFolio. Use the current instructions supplied by TDH for applications, payments, maintenance, and account-related matters. If a portal or feature is unavailable, contact TDH for the appropriate next step.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee availability, approval, a hold, a particular rent, or a move-in date. Before applying or paying, review the applicable rental criteria, disclosed charges, payment instructions, and refund or cancellation terms. Those terms are specific to the application, service, or agreement; this website does not create a separate payment or refund policy.

Existing leases, notices, portal terms, and applicable law govern resident obligations and services. General website information does not amend a lease, change a payment deadline, or replace a required notice procedure. Use the maintenance and urgent-contact instructions provided for your property; this website and its general inquiry form are not emergency reporting channels. Nothing in these terms waives protections under fair housing, landlord-tenant, consumer protection, or other applicable law.

Optional Google analytics and advertising tools are governed by their applicable provider terms and the choices described in our Privacy Policy. A feature shown as unavailable is not activated merely because these terms describe that type of service.

TDH does not control independently operated third-party services. Nothing here excludes any responsibility that TDH has for its own conduct, under a separate agreement, or under applicable law.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue website features, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules, disputes concerning these website terms are to be brought in courts with appropriate jurisdiction serving Yavapai County, Arizona.

This invitation does not impose a waiting period, shorten a legal deadline, or limit your right to contact a regulator or exercise rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A separate transaction agreement may have its own dispute provisions.
