TDH Investments is an Arizona real estate owner and operator based in Prescott. In this policy, “TDH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TDH Investments. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through tdhaz.com and communications about this website, our properties, and our services.

It covers visitors, prospective buyers and renters, residents who contact us, and brokers or other people making inquiries. Rental applications, tenant screening, payments, leases, and transactions may involve separate services and additional privacy notices. Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us. The information depends on your request:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number. Our inquiry form asks for these details so we can respond.
• Inquiry details: your message, the property you are asking about, the language of your request, and your permission for us to contact you. You may also share showing preferences, property or market interests, or questions about rental or resident services.
• Correspondence: information you send by email, phone, or other direct communications, including follow-up details needed to handle your request.
• Subscription choices: if you request property updates, the contact information, interests, and communication preferences you give us. Entering information into an unavailable signup does not by itself create a subscription.

Information collected when you visit

Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page. Our hosting and delivery services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, time of the request, and error or security information to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect it from misuse.

We also store your cookie preferences in your browser, including the categories you selected and the time you saved them. Optional tracking is separate from the technology needed to deliver the site.

• Understand website use and measure advertising activity when you permit the relevant optional category.
• Maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, address disputes, and protect the rights and safety of TDH, our visitors, and others.

When information is shared

Depending on the interaction, information may be disclosed to:

• People and providers supporting TDH: personnel handling your request and providers of website hosting, content delivery, email, communications, and business record services, as needed for their work.
• Optional measurement providers: Google Analytics when you allow Analytics, and Google Ads when you allow Marketing. Their handling of information is also described in their privacy notices.

Cookies and your tracking choices

You can browse the site and contact TDH without accepting optional tracking. Analytics, Marketing, and Optional Media are separate choices and are off until you allow them. Necessary technology, such as the storage that remembers your privacy choices, is not switched off by rejecting optional categories.

Inquiries and marketing communications

Submitting an inquiry asks TDH to respond about that request. The contact permission on an inquiry form is not an agreement to receive unrelated marketing or automated promotional text messages. You can tell us your preferred way to be contacted or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option in the message or contact us to stop them. We may still need to send communications about an active request, lease, transaction, or legal obligation. A form that reports an error has not confirmed delivery; use the listed phone number or email address if you still need help.

How long information is kept

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information, whether your inquiry or relationship with us is ongoing, and applicable legal, accounting, recordkeeping, dispute, and security requirements.

A request to delete information may not remove records we need to retain for these reasons. Provider records and backup copies may also remain for their applicable retention cycles. General website inquiry forms are not intended for payments, tenant screening, or identity verification. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification documents, financial account details, or other sensitive information in these forms or an ordinary email. Contact TDH for the appropriate process if a transaction requires that information.

Rental portals and external services

Links may take you to property listings, rental or resident portals, social networks, or other services operated by third parties. Following a link is your choice; the destination may receive technical information when you visit and any information you submit there.

For example, AppFolio provides rental and resident services for property managers. If you use an AppFolio service for a TDH property, review the notice shown there and any additional notice from TDH. AppFolio may process information on a property manager's behalf as well as for purposes described in its own policy. Where information is processed

TDH operates in Arizona, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Children's privacy

This website is intended for people seeking real estate, rental, and resident information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
